Translational Andrology and Urology (TAU) will move from a bimonthly to a monthly publication schedule beginning in January 2021. The shortened publication cycle is a direct response to the increasing volume of high-quality submissions received by the journal, allowing for impactful and potentially practice-changing articles to be available to readers as soon as possible after acceptance.
TAU is indexed in PubMed/PubMed Central, Scopus and Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and the SCIE impact factor 2019 for TAU is 2.445. It publishes articles that cover various aspects in diseases of male and female urinary tract including kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra and the male reproductive organs like penis, testes, scrotum, prostate etc. Contributions pertinent to urology and andrology are also included from related fields such as public health, basic sciences, education, sociology, and nursing.
