abstract = {The term “reconstruction” implies restoration of both form and function, and in urology the breadth and depth of surgical solutions to restore the urinary tract are expansive. I find it easiest to categorize the contemporary landscape of reconstructive urologic surgery in to different silos as follows: (I) urethral stricture disease; (II) prosthetic surgery; (III) trauma and complex urinary reconstruction; (IV) andrology and infertility; (V) transitional urology, and (VI) gender affirmation surgery. In this focused edition we will explore some of the most important and high-yield topics to date pertaining to the first four of these categories.},
