He is awarded MD degree in Shanghai Tongji University. He stayed at Wake Forest Institute For Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM) in USA as a research fellow for one year. Meanwhile, he active in the practice of Urology with broad knowledge of the specialty, including of working in academic and laboratory. He is the young and middle-aged editors of Journal of Clinical and Pathological Research, Journal of Science and Applications: Biomedicine. In addition, He is the author/co-author of over 20 scientific articles, including British Journal of Cancer, Journal of Urology. Besides, He has been the reviewer of Tumor Biology，Endocrine, Biochemical Pharmacology etc.

His major research interests is urologic malignancy, especially renal cancer, bladder cancer and prostate cancer. In addition, he is also interested in studing renal and bladder tissue regeneration.
