Abstract: How to do a combined ureteroscopy lithotripsy surgery? Procedures of combined flexible ureteroscopy: (I) double J tube was retained before surgery; (II) inserting the zebra guide wire; (III) inserting the ureteral sheath; (IV) into the mirror; (V) smashing stone. Experience: (I) treatment of cast stone; (II) treatment of bilateral renal calculi stage I in difficult position; (III) management of repeated kidney stones; (IV) treatment of renal calculi without indwelling ureteral sheath. Taste: (I) preparation before surgery; (II) the use of combined ureteroscope; (III) use of soft ureteroscope kit. Lesson (I) urinary sepsis; (II) formation of stone street; (III) ureteral injuries. Expectation Ureteroscope combined with holmium laser is entering the first-line clinical treatment, we believe that with the improvement of soft ureteroscopy and laser technology, soft ureteroscopy will bring a new leap in the treatment of stones in our urology department!
