AB048. Erectile dysfunction in patients with investigation and analysis of the personality characteristics and mental correlative

Background: Research on erectile dysfunction (ED) in patients with personality characteristics and mental correlative.

Methods: A total of 105 ED cases treated during Mar. 2016 and Mar. 2017 were enrolled. Adopts the questionnaire after definite diagnosis, The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-RSC) scale, Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) scale to assess patients personality characteristics and mental health, and their ED was evaluated with International Index of Erectile Function 5 (IIEF-5).

Results: ED patients with EPQ scale in the inside and outside to, psychoticism and neuroticism has the remarkable difference compared with the norm (P<0.05); SCL-90 scale in addition to the interpersonal relationship, the rest of the various factor test points and there was a significant difference (P<0.05); SCL-90 and EPQ test results between related significantly. Psychoticism and neuroticism of EPQ and SCL-90 in most factors are related, the outer tendencies of EPQ and SCL-90 in the negative correlation relationship.

Conclusions: ED patients personality characteristics and the ordinary people have significant differences, and obvious psychological problems, ED patients should be focused on different personality characteristics and mental state of psychological nursing.
