AB077. Explore the clinical experience of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for complex cases

Background: To explore the clinical experience of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for complex cases.

Methods: We reviewed the complex robot prostate cancer operation from November 2016 to October 15, 2017 in Changhai Hospital of Naval Medical University.

Results: Eight patients with large volume prostate cancer, four patients with prostate cancer after TURP after prostate surgery, and ten patients with prostate cancer after endocrine therapy. Fifty-six patients with locally advanced prostate cancer and two patients with prostate cancer who had preoperative imaging and lymph node metastasis. General information, postoperative prostate-specific antigen (PSA), postoperative urinary control and follow-up data were collected.

Conclusions: Complex prostate cancer and robot assisted prostate cancer have obvious advantages in surgical treatment, operation time, operation bleeding, postoperative recovery and urinary control recovery.
