Abstract: Rule of law is the foundation of a country. Legal practice is the foundation of the discipline. In the field of medicine, practicing according to law means that medical institutions, departments and medical personnel must comply with relevant laws, regulations and rules, and abide by professional ethics and practice discipline. This is the fundamental and direction of the development of the discipline, the direction cannot be wrong. The discipline should be implemented according to the corresponding laws, regulations and rules in accordance with the legal practice. If the fundamental is abandoned, it will have a profound impact on the overall strength of the discipline and even the influence of the industry. In the course of discipline construction and development, we should focus on the legal practice of medical personnel management, medical service related technical management and medical equipment and consumables management. The management of subject talents should conform to the most fundamental law, namely “The law on practicing medicine”. Medical technology is an important embodiment of hospital discipline construction, quality control and innovative development, must be abided by the rule of “Management measures for clinical application of medical technology”. The procurement and management of medical equipment and consumables should also be conducted in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and departmental regulations. The intensity of medical enforcement has been strengthened year by year, and practice in accordance with the law should be regarded as the first prerequisite for discipline construction.
