RU 18. Immunoglobulin G expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell lines (T24, EJ, 5637)
Objective: To study immunoglobulin G (IgG) expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell lines, and to explore the correlation of IgG expression with pathological grading of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
Methods: Western blot (western blot), immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence were used to evaluate IgG expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell lines T24\EJ\5637.
Results: Expressions of IgG in bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell lines were significantly higher than the negative controls (human immortalized bladder epithelial cell lines), with statistical significance noted (P<0.05); IgG expression was positively correlated with pathological staging of bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell lines.
Conclusions: Expression of IgG is high in bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell lines; the ectopic expression of IgG in bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell lines is closely related with tumor formation and progression.
