O 20. Post - ejaculation hematuria, the diagnosis and treatment experience of Posterior urethral hemangioma
Objective: Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of Posterior urethral hemangioma.
Methods: A total of 6 patients from January 2009 to septemble 2011 were evaluated for symptoms, diagnosis, histologic findings, and treatment. The typical symptoms were postejaculation hematuria. Of the 6 patients, 1 had hematuria and/ or urethral bleeding after erection had urinary retention with blood clots, Other symptoms included. Cystourethroscopy revealed an approximately 3-5 mm, solitary sessile lesion that appeared as a varicosities on the membranous urethra between the verumontanum and external sphincter.
Results: All patients underwent electrocision, histologic examination revealed cavernous hemangioma.
Conclusions: The diagnosis of the Posterior urethral hemangioma most depend on cystourethroscopy. The treatment is electrocision and available.
